Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to Solara Creator Suite, including its public storefront, seller workspaces, account tools, and related platform features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, share access in a way that compromises another person's data, or bypass access restrictions. Buyers must sign in to complete marketplace checkout. Seller applications require administrator approval; approval does not certify a seller's products, legal compliance, or reliability.
Seller access may also depend on an active platform subscription, an exemption, or administrative account status. Public information such as menus and public leaderboards can be browsed without an account.
3. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices, product claims, inventory, delivery commitments, customer communications, taxes, required licenses, and compliance with applicable laws and payment-provider rules. Clearly disclose product details, fulfillment expectations, and any applicable cancellation or return policy before purchase. Do not list unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited goods or services.
Private workspace tools can store sales, customer records, service subscriptions, and leaderboard entries. Sellers must have an appropriate basis to collect, upload, and use information about their customers and must honor applicable privacy obligations. Solara's reporting tools are not tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice.
4. Purchases, fulfillment, and disputes
Marketplace orders connect buyers with the seller identified on the listing and order. Sellers are responsible for fulfillment and product-specific support. Review the listing and seller's policies before paying. Contact the seller first about delivery, cancellation, returns, or refunds; contact platform support for account or checkout issues or to report misuse.
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable law, and any disclosed seller policy. These terms do not promise a universal refund period or replace statutory rights. Payments, refunds, and disputes may also be subject to Stripe's procedures. Do not abuse chargebacks, ratings, or support channels.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and voluntary tips
Stripe processes marketplace payments and seller platform billing. Sellers connect an eligible Stripe account to receive marketplace payments. Solara currently has a 1% platform fee on marketplace purchases and reserves the right to modify platform fees in the future, with notice to it's sellers'; Stripe fees and any disclosed taxes or other charges may apply. Payment availability depends on provider configuration and eligibility.
Seller platform subscriptions are separate from subscriptions a seller offers to customers. Review the price, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Use the available billing portal or contact support to manage or cancel platform billing. Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals rather than automatically refunding prior payments, subject to applicable law and any specific offer.
Developer tips are voluntary and separate from product purchases and platform subscriptions. A tip does not buy support priority, account approval, goods, or guaranteed functionality. Review the payment details before confirming.
6. Content and public features
You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant the platform permission to host, format, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the features you use. Public profiles, menus, contact details, announcements, reviews, and public leaderboard content may be visible to other visitors. Do not publish confidential information or personal data without permission.
Only submit content you are entitled to use. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain threats, harassment, private information, or fabricated claims. Promotion submissions must accurately describe the proof provided; rewards remain subject to review and the offer's conditions. Administrators may remove content or restrict features to address abuse, legal obligations, or service operation.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, send spam, exploit other users, or misuse exported data. Do not manipulate sales, reviews, referrals, or leaderboard results. Report suspected security issues privately through the contact options rather than accessing or exposing other users' information.
8. Data tools and account closure
Account settings provide JSON export tools. Buyer account deletion removes the buyer's sign-in account and associated account features, but does not necessarily remove sellers' independent order or customer records. Sellers can contact support about closure and data requests. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Export information you need before closing an account; closing an account does not by itself settle outstanding orders, disputes, or billing obligations.
9. Availability, restrictions, and liability
We aim to keep the service useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free reports, or particular commercial results. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or other operational reasons. Keep independent copies of important business records.
Access may be restricted or suspended for violations, suspected fraud, security risks, unpaid billing, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees, and the platform is not responsible for a seller's goods or fulfillment or for indirect business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; significant changes may also be communicated through available platform or email announcements. Review updated terms before continuing to use affected features.
